You do NOT have to provide your own singlet. These will be provided by the Team and returned at year end.

Required Gear

For practices athletes must wear wrestling shoes. We do encourage wearing headgear, but it is not required. For first time wrestlers shorts with elastic waistbands are recommended or sweatpants and T-shirts. Mouth guards are allowed as well, but most wrestlers do not bring. It is important to bring water to both practice and matches.

It is critical that we keep the mats as clean as possible for the safety and health of everyone. Please keep street shoes off the mats. Also please be sure to bring your wrestling shoes to practice separately and not to wear them outside.

All wrestlers are required to have headgear, singlets and wrestling shoes during competition.
